The Yoga Room is conveniently located in Dublin 4, one mile south of Dublin’s city centre.

By Car: From City Centre
From Merrion Square, take the Merrion Road through Ballsbridge past Jury’s Hotel on your left and the RDS on your right. Slow down when St Vincent’s Hospital appears on your right. Opposite the Hospital parking is available in Merrion Road Church car park. The Yoga Room is located at garden level of number 262 - the tenth red-brick house past the church.

By Car: From South Dublin
Take the Rock Road, via Blackrock towards the Merrion Gates. The Yoga Room is at garden level of the fourth red-brick house on right after the Merrion Gates, number 262. Parking is available in Merrion Road Church, 50m further up on the left, opposite St. Vincent’s Hospital.
