To book a place on a course, class or workshop please contact us by phone or email. To guarantee your place in a class, course or workshop fees must be paid in advance. We accept payment by cash, credit card, laser and cheque with valid bankers card. Please read our Cancellation and Refunds Policy below carefully before booking your place on a course.
First time students: Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of a class to complete student registration.
Drop-in classes: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time. This is normally enough time to ensure you are checked in and can attend the class of your choice. Students with class cards may reserve a space in a class by phone. Places will be held up to 10 minutes before class start time. At that time pre-paid/pre-booked places will be given up to those waiting.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY:
All Class fees are non-refundable. Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within the specified time.
Refunds: For a refund on pre-booked 'courses', 'classes' or 'workshops'; classes must be cancelled more than 24hours prior to the start date of the course or class. In this case 4% of the fee will be retained for credit card refunds. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before a 'course' commences the cost of one drop-in class will be retained. No refund will be made once course commences. It is not possible to carry forward missed classes from a pre-booked 'course' into the next session.
