Frank Brooks Enjoy the heart-opening practise of Anusara-Inspired yoga with Frank Brooks . Frank's inspirational teaching style can guide your practice to new levels. "My intention is to serve you by helping you to open and soften your heart, to align with the bigger energy around you and to feel a sense of empowerment. You will learn specific bio-mechanical alignment principles which will afford greater opening, helping to prevent injury and allow for greater freedom in your yoga postures. 'Inner Body Bright, Side Body Long' is something you will often hear in Anusara yoga classes - reminding us in each pose to allow the inner light to expand and to soften and pause before applying self effort. Inner Body Bright reminds us to Open to Grace, to tune in to the currents of our heart and to the pulsating ocean of consciousness within us." |

Georgina Brennan Connecting people to themselves, to others and to nature. Georgina's initial training and self practice was Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Primary Series. Over the past two years Georgina has allowed herself the space and freedom to experience other schools of yoga and her personal practice has evolved, through integrating the philosophies of Ayurveda, Hatha and Kriya yoga into her own practice and therefore into her teaching.
Searching to find ways that can assist herself and others to grow and heal is a continuous journey. Still teaching Ashtanga she also likes to put her own, lively,Vinyasa/Hatha flowing sequences together where students can enjoy the flowing system of vinyasa, yet they are encouraged to take time to hold postures for longer, exploring the ease, stability and grace found through subtleties of alignment and effective use of the breath.
Georgina trained in India with Rachel Hull, Emil Wendel and Julie Martin. In Ireland she trained with Deborah Corradino, Veronica Larson and David Swenson.
